Can I get a refund?
You will be
eligible for a refund claim within 15 days from the date you placed
your order(or order delivered in 3 days). For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of
the value of your returned goods minus 10% re-stocking fee. This applies ONLY for normal size items purchased at
Stylishcn retail website. Discounted items or items purchased as
part of a special promotion or Custom-Made Items and the shipping fee are NOT eligible
for cash refunds.For the best arrangement, please contact our

Why do I have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee for refunds?
This is a store policy set by management. We need to
charge a nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order
processing. |

Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to
Stylishcn..com?
In a normal
event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items
back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange
items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you
finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart
information when ordering products. Our size charts follow US
standards. |

When you place an order please attention your email box. if there is any problems we will contact you. if your product out of stock we will contact you. when we can't contact you in 4 days and the product could be custom-made and then it will turn to custom-made product and not accept return and cancel.
